SC’s reforms case: Govt files petition in SC for full bench
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The federal government on Saturday filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the full court related to Supreme Court (practice and procedure) bill's case.
The petition mentioned the apex court was looking over the case of parliamentary legislative powers besides adding there was also the matter of separation of power of institutions before the court.
Therefore, full court was essential as in the past, all SC judges were included in matter pertaining to the constitutional domain.
