A case against Imran Khan has been filed in the Police Station Ramna.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Another case was registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan in Islamabad on Friday. 

The case against Imran Khan has been filed in the Ramna police station on the government's complaint on the allegations of inciting rebellion and tarnishing reputation of officers. 

The FIR stated that Imran Khan had hurled accusations against the officers of the state institutions and tried to defame them by taking the names of some of them.

Meanwhile, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Friday summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and other leaders for the third time for investigation into cases against the PTI leaders in Punjab.

Asad Umar is the only PTI leader to have recorded his statement before the JIT. 

Apart from Imran Khan, the PTI leaders who have been summoned by the JIT for the third time are Fawad Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar, Ejaz Chaudhary, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema, Farrukh Habib, Mian Mehmoodul Rashid, Mian Aslam Iqbal and Dr Yasmin Rashid.
