ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The government on Monday increased the three-month installment for Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Kifalat Program by Rs1500 thus taking it to Rs8500.
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by the federal minister for poverty alleviation Shazia Marri. BISP Secretary briefed the minister that the three-month installment for the program had been increased which would help invite the needy to register for the program.
On the other hand, Ms Marri was also briefed on the POS agents blocked over illegal transactions.
