Torrential rain on Koh-e-Suleman triggered land sliding on Syah valley, demolishing 17 houses.Local and the border military police rescued 35 people from the debris of the collapsed houses.Majority of the rescued people is children and women who were shifted to a dispensary of the Health Department.Dozens of demotic cattle were killed after being trapped in the debris.Meanwhile, incessant rain on Koh-e-Suleman filled the streams and brooks of the area, posing flood threats to the nearby towns.
