Law minister Tarar declares technocratic setup unconstitutional
ISLAMABAD ( Dunya News ) – Federal Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazeer Tarar says the technocratic set-up is contrary to the constitution.
The minister, while speaking to Dunya News, stated that there was no room of technical experts in the government and it was clear that the elections should be held within 90 days of dissolution of assemblies before their time-frame. He further said the economy could be improved by working within the ambit of law.
Earlier, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had also declared such an arrangement against the constitution.
