Punjab extends winter vacation in schools, colleges up to Jan 8
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Punjab School Education department on Thursday notified the extension in winter vacation in schools and colleges across the province up to Jan 8.
All private and public schools and colleges will open on Jan 9. The decision has been made in the wake of prevailing smog situation in the province.
Earlier, the Lahore High Court had ordered the government to extend the vacation for seven days on account of smog.
