JUI-F has won seven seats in Pishin while ANP and PKMAP grabbed three seats each.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - According to unofficial results of the Balochistan Local Government elections announced so far, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) is leading in the Pishin district by grabbing seven seats, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) secured seven seats in Pishin while Awami National Party (ANP) and Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PKMAP) grabbed three seats each.
On the other hand, Awami Ittihad won twenty-six out of forty-three seats in the Municipal Corporation Hub elections.
Polling for Balochistan Local Government elections in districts of Hub and Lasbela of Balochistan had started at 8:00am and continued till 5:00pm without any interruption.
The authorities had set up 126 polling stations in Hub district, out of which 32 polling stations were declared highly sensitive, and 63 sensitive t. The number of registered voters in the district was135,620.
In Lasbela, as many as 130 polling stations were established for 136,703 registered voters.
