Terrorist killed, soldier martyred in North Waziristan operation
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Security forces on Wednesday killed one terrorist, while one soldier also embraced martyrdom in an operation in Shewa area of North Waziristan.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, fire exchange took place between terrorists and security forces in general area Shewa of North Waziristan District.
The security forces fought bravely and engaged the terrorist’s location effectively, killing one terrorist. Weapon and ammunition was also recovered from the killed terrorist.
The killed terrorist remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces.
During intense fire exchange, Havaldar Parosh (age 35 years, resident of Kohat) having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat.
Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area.
