President Zardari has accepted Mirzas resignation from partys central executive committee post.

According to sources, Chief Minister Sindh and Pakistan Paople’s Party Sindh president, Syed Qaim Ali Shah contacted President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani after Zulfiqa Mirza’s press conference. The chief minister sought their recommendation on Mirza’s resignation.The sources said that notification of acceptance of Zulfiqar Mirza’s resignation will be issued any time today.
