LHC declares petition seeking to remove Imran as PTI chairman as maintainable.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday declared a petition, seeking removal of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan from the position of party chairman, as maintainable.
LHC Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi had heard the petition on Thursday announced the reserved decision.
During the hearing, the court declared the petition to remove Imran Khan from the post of party chairman as maintainable.
The LHC issued a notice to the Attorney General and sought his reply on November 11.
