Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani would visit Karachi today to review deteriorating law and order situation in the metropolis.According to information, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani would attend a high level meeting and would meet to high officials in a sideline to exchange views over present situation of the city.
