Karachi: Traders demand to call Army to restore peace

Industrialists called for deployment of Army in Karachi for restoration of peace and tranquility.

Other law enforcement agencies including Rangers and police had failed to overcome the circumstances.According to a statement, the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry demanded that local establishment had failed to overcome chaotic condition in the metropolis.So, the Army should be deployed in the city for the restoration of peace, adding that it would go back in their barracks after fulfilling their mission.They stated that clashes between different gangs had not only destroyed the peace of city but mercantile activities hadbeen hampered.
