IG Islamabad tells PTI protesters to avoid entry in Red Zone

IG Islamabad asked the PTI workers to obey the court orders and avoid entering Red Zone.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Inspector General (IG) of Islamabad police Dr Akbar Nasir Khan on Thursday asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and workers to avoid entering Red Zone in Islamabad, Dunya News reported.
Akbar Nasir Khan asked the PTI workers to obey the court orders and avoid entering Red Zone. He further said that no entry will be tolerated in the Red Zone.

On the other hand, a police spokesperson informed that at least 27 officers and Jawans were wounded during the day-long clashes between protesters and law enforcement agencies in Islamabad.
Giving details, the spokesperson said the 18 police officials and nine personnel of Rangers and Frontier Constabulary sustained injuries during the clashes.
