Nawaz meets Ch Nisar, but no headway

PML-N president Nawaz Sharif reached residence of estranged Ch Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday.

Nawaz Sharif inquired about Chaudhry Nisar and both the leaders exchanged views on important decisions taken in party meetings and issues of creation of new provinces.As per media reports, Ch Nisar Ali Khan held out assurance for offering his services for party cause besides voicing his reservations. However, no headway could be made in the meeting between them.Mian Nawaz Sharif left residence of Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan without talking to mediamen. Stringent security measures were taken at the residence of Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan located in Faizabad.Separately, Ch Nisar said that Nawaz Sharif is his leader and he could not think of being angry with Nawaz Sharif.At a meeting in Rawat, Ch Nisar said there was no truth in the reports of differences between him and the party leadership, as he had a spiritual link with the party.
