We will not be blackmailed, says Fawad Ch
ISLAMABAD – (Dunya News) Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry, while addressing a press conference in Islamabad, stated that, “Neither we will be blackmailed nor give relief to opposition in cases.”
He said that they will not refrain from taking any measures in terms of accountability, adding that a discussion for making amendments in accountability laws is possible. Prominent parties should consider the aforesaid offer, he went on to say.
The information minister even explained that the opposition parties are merely influential to particular boundary or area stating that, “Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is a regional party whereas Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is a party of only Sindh.”
He further stated that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) absolute win in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) local bodies election is very unfortunate for PML-N and PPP.
