Motorcycle, dumper collision leaves one dead in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding on was hit by a speeding dumper in Karachi on late Wednesday night, Dunya News reported.
The accident occurred in Liaquatabad area of Karachi where a rashly driven dumper hit a motorcycle, killing one person on the spot. Residents of the area gathered at the spot and torched the dumper.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Rescue sources said that the identity of the deceased is not yet known.
Police sources said that the driver of the dumper managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
