Afghan forces allegedly fired three mortar shells inside South Waziristan Agency.

No loss of life or damage to property was reported. Afghan National Army fired three mortar shells in Angoor Adda area (last Pakistani town on border with Afghanistan) Wednesday morning. On the other hand, security forces carried out a search operation in Sholam area of South Waziristan, and arrested 33 suspects. It may be recalled here that a security personnel lost his life when militants targeted their vehicle with a remote-controlled bomb in Sholam area.
