Chaos at Kabul airport: PIA flights delayed to Afghan Capital
Three scheduled flights of PIA were delayed.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Flights of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to Afghan Capital were delayed as chaos erupted at the Hamid Karzai Airport, Kabul.
As per details, three scheduled flights of the national flag carrier were delayed as boarding passengers without security checking due to absence of immigration staff is a security risk.
On the other hand, several international airlines cancelled their commercial flights from Kabul after chaotic scenes at the airport with thousands looking for a way out after the Taliban re-took power in Afghanistan.
US troops fired shots into the air at Kabul airport on Monday as thousands of Afghans crowded onto the tarmac in the hope of catching a flight out of the country.
