Soldier martyred in security forces operation in South Waziristan
Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to arrest the terrorists.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A Pakistan Army soldier embraced martyrdom during security forces operation in South Waziristan on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) Senai Narai area of South Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the reports of the presence of terrorists.
The terrorists hiding in the area opened fire at the security forces and in exchange of fire with the militants, Sepoy Junaid, age 20 years and resident of Balakot, embraced martyrdom.
The security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to arrest the terrorists.
