Moeed Yousaf appointed as National Security Advisor
His status would be the same as of a federal minister.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The federal government has appointed Moeed Yusuf as the national security advisor, effective immediately.
According to the notification, after the new appointment, his status would be the same as of a federal minister.
It merits mention that Prime Minister Imran Khan had appointed Dr Moeed Yusuf as the special assistant to the prime minister on national security division and strategic policy planning in December 2019.
