Sindh IG was called to the court due to absence of police officers in Sarfaraz Shah murder case.

Despite appearing before the court, the IG sent the Additional IG legal who was badly scolded by the courtandordered him to get out of the court.As per detail, during the hearing of Sarfaraz Shah murder case, when the Additional IG Legal Mazhar Ali Alvi appeared before the court, the Judge Bashir Khoso scolded him consulting who had asked him to come there.The Additional IG was of the view that he appeared in the court having news on TV. At this, the Judge said that he had ordered the IG to appear in person.When the investigation officer DIG Sultan Khwajaappeared before the court, the judge ordered him to come later as the statement of the witness was being recorded.The statement of the gardener of Benazir Park was recorded while defense lawyers held cross-examination.The lawyer of the accused Shahid, Ayyaz and Muhammad Afzal submitted an application before the court for visit the site of occurrence.Likewise, the defense lawyers also put an application before the court for cross-examination on three eye-witnesses Abdul Rasheed, MLO DrAyyaz Ali and SI Nasrullah. The court reserved the judgment on applications for next day.
