LHC fixes Shehbaz Sharif's bail plea for hearing
The LHC will hear the plea on April 13.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday fixed hearing of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Opposition Leader of National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif’s bail petition.
According to details, two member bench comprising of Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Javaid Ghural will hear the plea on April 13, 2021.
The bench has sought reply from Chairman and DG National Accountability Bureau (NAB) while Azam Nazeer Tarar will represent Shehbaz Sharif.
PML-N President in his plea has prayed the court to release him on bail as he has provided all record regarding allegations of money laundering to the anti-graft watchdog.
