Sardar Attique invalidates AJK polls

AJK Prime Minister Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan demanded re-elections in AJK.

Sardar Attique refused to accept the elections results and demanded that new polls should be held under the supervision of the Army. Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Attique accused that the elections were worst rigged in the history of AJK.He said that voters’ lists were changed just before the elections and he informed the government of Pakistan about it.He said that the AJK chief election commission was a PPP loyalist, adding that he was unable to perform the task of conducting fair elections due to his old age.
