Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours while fog is likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during morning and night hours, Dunya News reported.

The Met Office said that cold continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during next 24 hours, while very cold in northern areas and north Balochistan. However, Fog is likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during morning and night hours while frost in few plain areas of Punjab.

Meanwhile, cold and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country during last 24 hours, while very cold in north Balochistan, northern areas, Kashmir and Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Kalat and Kalam remained the coldest cities in the country with - 11°C temperature.
