Bilawal Bhutto to miss sister's engagement after contracting Covid-19
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will not be able to attend the engagement ceremony of his sister Bakhtawar Bhutto as he is in coronavirus self-isolation.
Bakhtawar Bhutto’s engagement is scheduled for Friday, November 27. Due to the coronavirus, a limited number of guests have been invited. Bilawal House has also been disinfected ahead of the ceremony.
According to sources, the groom Mahmood Chaudhry has arrived in Karachi with his family for the engagement. Bakhtawar Bhutto has designed a special dress for the engagement ceremony, which will be attended by Asifa Bhutto, Bakhtawar’s friends and only a few members of Bhutto and Zardari families.
Keeping the idea of a small wedding in view, provincial ministers have not been invited to the ceremony either.
