Quetta: Kharotabad investigation report completed

The investigation tribunal appointed for the Kharotabad incident completed its investigation report and would hand it to the provincial government today.On May 17, the Balochistan Government formed an investigation tribunal for the Kharotabad incident which was headed by Balochistan High Courts judge, Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar. The government advised the tribunal to form a report within one month. The tribunal started working on May 29 and recorded statement of 28 witnesses.During the investigation, the bus driver who brought the foreigners to Quetta said that the foreigners who died due to the firing of the FC officials had no weapons. He added that the police forced them to give a statement that the foreigners had weapons and grenades.
