NEPRA issues show cause notice to K-Electric over unannounced load shedding
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has issued show cause notice to K-Electric over unannounced load shedding in Karachi.
NEPRA has directed K-Electric to submit its reply within 15 days. The notice says that the company has consistently failed to comply with the terms of its license and provide uninterrupted power supply to the city.
The notice says that why should action not be taken against K-electric for load shedding. If K-Electric fails to submit a reply, unilateral action will be taken including the company’s license being suspended or revoked.
