Karachi youth killing: Challan to be submitted within seven days

The challan of the case of a youth killed by Rangers would be submitted within seven days.

The head of the investigation team probing the killing of a youth by the Rangers in Karach said that the final challan of the case would be submitted in the court within seven days.He said that the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) section has also been included in the case. On the other hand, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has announced Rs 1milliom for the family of Sarfraz.On the direction of the Supreme Court, the investigation team headed by DIG West Sultan Khawaja, has started recording statements of eyewitnesses. The statements of the four witnesses were recorded on Sunday at the Boat Basin police station. During this time, the families of the victim were also presented before the investigation team.Talking to media, the head of the investigation team Sultan Khawaja said that the challan of the case would be submitted in the court within seven days.While replying to a question regarding pressure from Rangers, the investigation officer replied ’no comments’.The Rangers mobile has been taken into custody by the police.The investigation team has appealed to the people to record statements if anyone has information about the incident.
