Sindh government's efforts are being undermined by relaxation in train and air travel: Nasir Shah

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Provincial Information Minister Nasir Hussain Shah has said that in case the number of coronavirus patients in Sindh keeps increasing, a strict lockdown could be imposed again.

In a statement, the provincial Minister said the Sindh government s efforts were being undermined due to relaxation in train and air travel.

Nasir Hussain Shah said that medical workers busy in saving lives across the country are our pride. He also said that the number of beds and other facilities in hospitals are being increased. He warned that businesses should only open at stipulated times under given SOPs.

He also said that the services of law enforcement agencies including police and rangers were commendable and the people must remember the martyrs and victims of the Model Colony tragedy while celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr.
