Pak-India relations could not improve till the culprits of Mumbai attacks were not brought to justice, said Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram.While talking to media persons in New Delhi, Chidambaram said that all evidences regarding Mumbai attacks had been handed over to Pakistan and Pakistan has not yet taken any action against the people involved in the attacks. He reiterated India’s allegation of cross border infiltration in occupied Kashmir.He said that if Pakistan thinks that India was behind Balochistan’s unrest it should provide evidences.
