Former CDA chief Kamran Lashari has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court.

A three-member bench of the SC headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard a review petition, filed by Kamran Lashari regarding the court’s verdict on fast food outlets bid. The SC has issued a verdict, ordering an inquiry against Lashari. The former CDA chief has filed a review petition in the apex court. During the hearing of the case, the CJP observed that the government can issue an order on summery not on chits.Lashari withdrew his petition.
