ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Saeed Ahmed, the co-accused in reference against Ishaq Dar regarding assets beyond means, has been given relief by an accountability court on Monday.
According to details, the court granted permanent exemption to Saeed Ahmed – former president of the National Bank of Pakistan – from personal appearance on medical grounds.
The suspect had filed a petition in the court maintaining that he is suffering from various diseases.
Arguments could not be completed over National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Investigation Officer (IO) Nadir Abbas’s statement. The hearing was then adjourned till March 4.
