Justice Javed Iqbal to head Abbottabad probe commission

Prime Minister Yusaf Raza Gilani has formed the commission to probe Abbottabad incident.

Justice Javed Iqbal would head the commission while Justice Fakhruddin, general Nadeem, Ashraf Jahangir Qazi, and former IG Abbas Khan will be included in the commission.The US SEALs made incursion into Abbottabad to kill Osama Bin Laden on May 2. Opposition, media and people protested the attack and demanded inquiry into it. A joint session of the Parliament was also called in which a resolution was passed against the incursion.The resolution demanded formation of the commission within 7 days but it took 18 days to the government to take the decision.
