Diamer-Bhasha, Mohmand Dams implementation case set for hearing on Dec 12
A five-member bench has been formed to hear the case on December 12.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand Dam implementation case for hearing on December 12.
A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed has been constituted. Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Faisal Arab also joined the bench while Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar will also be an integral part of it.
It is pertinent to mention that CJ Gulzar had also been a part of the dam fundraising campaign.
