IHC issued notices to interior ministry, DG ISI and DG MI in a missing person Naeem Younis case.

The respondents are required to submit answers by May 23. Islamabad High Court Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan was hearing a case filed by Mohammad Younis, father of the missing Naeem Younis from Rawalpindi. The petitioner plead the said agencies including Ministry of Defence know whereabouts of his son. On the previous hearing the court sought the answer from the standing council which failed to file the answer. The court issued the notice and adjourned hearting to May 23.
