MQM delegation expressed reservations over statement of Fawad Chaudhary.

KARACHI (Dunya News) - A delegation of MQM called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Karachi on Monday. The delegation apprised the Prime Minister about various problems of the people of Karachi.

As per details, PM Imran met coalition partners and members of Sindh Assermbly in his Karachi tour.

The lawmakers complaint against the attitude of federal minister who were not listening to their problems from last one months.

PTI members also told PM about non cooperation of coalition partners in DMCs and apprised him that a citizen was arrested for lodging a complaint on citizen portal.

PM instructed Federal Ministers to listen to members every week and assured them that he would talk to mare Karachi about their reservations.

Planning Minister Khusro Bakhtiar briefed PM about projects being implemented and projects under consideration in Karachi.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said resolution of Karachi s problems is responsibility of the Sindh Government, but the Federal Government is too contributing from its own resources to resolve these issues in view of public welfare.

Imran Khan has said federal government is fully aware of water, transport, waste management and other issues being faced by the residents of Karachi.

He said Karachi is economic hub of Pakistan, but it is unfortunate that the people and issues of the metropolitan were ignored in the past.
The Prime Minister said local government system will be helpful in resolution of Karachi s problems.

He said his government inherited the current account deficit of the history, but now economic situation has improved a lot. He said poor economic condition of Sindh is a result of corruption.
