Dr Firdous terms Pak-China friendship symbol of peace, prosperity
PM Imran Khan is raising voices of innocent Kashmiris on every forum, said Dr Firdous.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Tuesday has said that friendship between Pakistan and China is symbol of peace and prosperity in the region.
In a statement, the special assistant said that the incumbent government is determined for implementation on the projects under China-Pakistan economic Corridor (CPEC). Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is raising voices of innocent Kashmiris on every forum, she added.
Earlier, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that PM Imran Khan’s visit to China will promote cooperation in fields of economy and investment, and will further strengthen the strategic relations between both countries.
She said that the visit will make the deep and everlasting friendship between Pakistan and China stronger. Pakistan-China friendship – higher than the Himalayas, deeper than oceans and sweeter than honey – is a depiction of love whose echo is heard across the nations, she said.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader further told that PM will inform Chinese leadership about the historic decisions made by his government regarding implementations of CPEC projects.
She also thanked China for backing Pakistan’s stance in supporting the oppressed people of Indian occupied Kashmir.
