Nullas flooded as rain lashes parts of Punjab.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Nullas have been flooded and streets are inundated after rain lashed parts of Punjab, Dunya News reported on Saturday.

According to details, traffic flow has been affected after heavy downpour in Attock and Daud Khel. Likewise, streets are submerged by rainwater in Kalabagh.

Weather has become pleasant in Mianwali, Kallur Kot, Bhakkar and other parts of Punjab after rain, and humidity level has also reduced.

The water level is rapidly rising in Indus River. The inflow at the Jinnah Barrage is reported as 3,32,518 cusecs and outflow as 3,24,518 cusecs by the Irrigation Department.

Saturday: Rain/wind-thunderstorm is expected at scattered places in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Malakand, Kohat, Bannu, D.I.Khan, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, D.G.Khan, Zhob & Kalat divisions.

Sunday: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain/wind-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha divisions, Islamabad Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.
