He said Hasil Bizinjo gave irresponsible statement following the rejection of no-confidence motion
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Minister for Information Mian Aslam Iqbal on Friday said that using derogatory language against national institutions for political interests is condemnable.
The provincial information minister said that instead of blaming others, the joint opposition should accept its defeat, adding that those making tall claims should accept the facts.
“Hasil Bizinjo gave irresponsible statement following the rejection of no-confidence motion filed by the joint opposition to dethrone Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani,” he said.
Mian Aslam Iqbal went on to say that those considering elected members of the parliament as goats and sheep had to face disappointment.
He said: “The opposition defeated due to the corruption of its leadership, while the senators refused to bow down before party pressure.”
