Mianwali will be made model district: CM Buzdar
He said Mianwali is home of Prime Minister Imran Khan and it is my city as well.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday said that Mianwali will be made a model district as a number of development programs of public welfare are being launched here.
Addressing in Sarakai language during the inaugural ceremony of Mianwali Express Train in Mianwali on Friday, he said that project of widening and dualization of Mianwali-Muzaffargarh road and Mianwali-Balkasar road will soon be started.
The chief minister went on to say that work on Naher Kas Umer Khan mega project will be started this year for the development of tehsil Esa Khel.
Buzdar further maintained that foundation stone of 200-bed mother and child hospital in Mianwali will soon be laid by Prime Minister Imran Khan, adding that Mianwali is the district of my leader Imran Khan and every possible step will be made for its development.
The CM said: “University is also being established in Mianwali, adding that all problems of Mianwali would be solved on priority basis. He said that Mianwali is home of Prime Minister Imran Khan and it is my city as well.”
“Mianwali’s problems of sewerage and water supply will be solved on emergent basis,” he said.
The Chief Minister also attended the ceremony of laying foundation stone of hospital in NUML Institute.
