Why Judge Arshad Malik did not inform monitoring judge about the pressure he was facing: Abbasi
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Senior vice president of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said everything has surfaced and there is no truth in claims made by government. He said case against Nawaz Sharif has ended after judge was removed from the post. He said history would now decide about these verdicts.
Talking to media in federal capital, he questioned why Judge Arshad Malik did not inform monitoring judge about the pressure he was facing. He said there is no reality in the statements of Judge Arshad Malik. Abbasi said removal of the judge shows there is something wrong in this case. He said everything has come on media and all those involved must be punished. He said we respect judiciary but the affected person is still in jail.
PML-N leader said no need to file a petition as apex court can take notice of this case. He said this is a serious issue and they have many evidences. He said government taking u-turns on the matters is tantamount to damaging of justice.
He said army of spokes is not concerned about people and economic affairs. Abbasi said he did not receive any notice and if summoned he would appear, adding that the whole justice system has become doubtful.
