Hundreds of frustrated rail passengers have been left stranded at railway platforms.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Despite the passage of six days since the tragic incident of a passenger train’s collision with a freight train near Hyderabad city in Sindh province, in which at least three people lost their lives, schedule of trains running between Karachi and Lahore could not be restored.

Hundreds of frustrated rail passengers have been left stranded at railway platforms with trains delayed for many hours.

According to details, Business Express arrived two hours late, whereas Karachi Express was delayed by an hour and forty minutes.

Karakoram Express was late by seven hours, Shah Hussain Express departed three hours and thirty minutes after its scheduled time.

Moreover, Green Line was delayed by two hours, Tezgam by an hour and thirty minutes, Pakistan Express by three hours, and Akbar Express and Jaffar Express both were late by an hour.

Furthermore, Jinnah Express also arrived late about an hour, Millat Express was late by two hours and thirty minutes, and Allama Iqbal Express was delayed by an hour and fifty minutes.
