Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the state should ensure speedy dispensation of justice to people. He said that solid steps were being taken to wipe out corruption from judicial staff.Addressing the opening session of National Judicial Conference in Islamabad, he said that delay in provision of justice creates problems for people, putting negative impact on social and economic development. He said that modern technology was being used for early decision on cases.On this occasion, Justice Javed Iqbal of the Supreme Court said that no government institution or agency was above the law and 300 missing persons had been recovered till now.
