Security forces arrest terrorist in Chaman, seize suicide jacket

The explosives and the suicide jacket were to be used in terrorism in Pakistan.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Following an intelligence-based operation (IBO) under the Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, security forces on Tuesday captured a terrorist, hailing from Afghanistan, from a hideout in Chaman area of Baluchistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Reportedly, officers have also seized a suicide jacket, improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and communication devices from his possession.

The explosives and the suicide jacket were to be used in terrorism in Pakistan.

The Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad is a codename of a combined effort by the Pakistani military and law enforcement agencies to disarm and eliminate terrorist sleeper cells across Pakistan.
