Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan takes oath as LHC Chief Justice
Governor Punjab Ch. Muhammad Sarwar administered oath to new Chief Justice.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan took oath as Chief Justice of Lahore High Court at Governor’s House in Lahore on Tuesday.
Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar administered the oath to him.
Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, members of the provincial cabinet and other high dignities were also present in the oath taking ceremony.
Justice Shamim is the 48th Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court replacing his predecessor Sheikh Anwarul Haq.
