Female student commits suicide by jumping from varsity building
Sources said she jumped from the 4th floor of the university building
LAHORE (Dunya News) – In a tragic incident, a young female fine arts student committed suicide by jumping from the building of a private university in the provincial capital on Monday.
As per the details, the deceased has been identified as Roshan Farrukh, a resident of Lahore. Roshan was a student of fifth semester of Visual Arts and Design.
Sources said she jumped from the 4th floor of the university building, resultantly, she received serious injuries.
She was rushed to local hospital for medical assistance where she succumbed to her wounds.
In her message on social media website before her suicide, she said that she should be remembered as a jolly girl if she kills herself.
On the other hand, the heirs of the deceased girl refused to take any legal action, after which police handed over the body to family members.
