Senate chairman signs MoU with State Council Oman to intensify parliamentary cooperation
The Senate chairman praises Oman's balanced policies and its stance in the international arena
OMAN (Web Desk) – A Memorandum of Understanding has been inked between the State Council of Oman and the Senate of Pakistan to further intensify parliamentary cooperation and build stronger cooperation.
The MoU was signed by Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani and Chairman of the State Council Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri in Oman.
Sadiq Sanjrani expressed happiness regarding the visit to the Sultanate and said that Pakistan looks forward to heightening progress, prosperity and development in relationships.
He praised the Omani parliamentary experience, development and uniqueness gained by following the pragmatic vision of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.
The Senate chairman also praised Oman s balanced policies and its stance in the international arena.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Mantheri said that the MoU will strengthen cooperation and open new avenues in bilateral relations between the two countries.
