Karachi: Three abductors among six accused arrested
At least six accused were arrested in police operation in different parts of Karachi on Wednesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Crackdown against criminal elements continues in Karachi as police apprehended at least six accused, including three kidnappers, from different parts of the city on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Frere Police conducted an operation a arrested three-member gang of kidnappers, including a woman. Police sources said that the arrested persons had abducted a minor girl on Tuesday. They were arrested from Azam Basti area.
Lyari Police also arrested an accused in injured condition after an encounter in Usman Park area of Chakiwara. The arrested person was identified as Asif. Police have also recovered arms from him.
Separately, police conducted an operation in Bilal Colony and arrested two accused. Police have also recovered one pistol, one repeater and two kilograms of hashish from their possession.
