Ex-KP Assembly speaker Asad Qaiser owns vehicles beyond entitlement: document

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser owns vehicles beyond his entitlement, the maintenance cost of which is paid at the expense of the state.
Assembly rules state that speakers are entiled to the two vehicles but Qaiser has 10 luxury vehicles, including a bullet-proof car, whose four-month maintenance costs amount to Rs3.2 million.
According to the documents seen by Dunya News, the four-month maintenance costs of other four vehicles exceed Rs3.5 million.
Moreover, all the costs, including repairs and fuel, are incurred at the expense of the state. The former speaker, apparently an adovate for ‘tabdeeli’ (change), has no intetion to give up the luxury cars.
