Nasser Khan Janjua resigns as National Security Adviser
He was appointed as an adviser by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - National Security Adviser (NSA) retired Lt General Nasser Khan Janjua on Wednesday tendered resignation from his post.
He was appointed as a NSA by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government and served since October 23, 2015.
Caretaker Prime Minister Justice (r) Nasir-ul-Mulk has accepted Janjua’s resignation.
Talking to Dunya News, Nasser Janjua maintained that he resigned on moral grounds as he was appointed by the former government.
